electrical problem :(

i have a bit of a problem i install a big rad and a fmic and moved the battery to the boot but now i have an electrical problem basicall its as if there isnt enough power getting to the electrics but the car will start and run no bother for example the wipers are going super slow and and look laboured and the pop up head light arent going up quickly or with the same power in the motors as be for and the hid lights wont stay on they flicker like a strobe

I would start by checking any grounds you may have loosened, modified, or added.

So was it a ground then? From my experience your symptoms sound like a grounding issue.
