94 FD Fuel Issue

I have a 1994 FD that we just did emissions job and un-sequentialed the turbos. Now I can start it it will idle fine but as soon as it tries to make boost it will rich-in up and only spike to about 5 psi. When this happens it just starts to buck and back fire really bad. Any help would be great i am just fresh out of ideas.

Are you on the stock ECU? Did you remove the solenoids which you aren't using?

Ya we are still on the stock ECU all the correct solenoids are removed. We even put them back to check with no luck.

Now the car is getting way to much fuel. Went to go start it and it wont even start it floods out.

could check would be very werid idles fine when we could get it started which is werid. After u get it started u can move it around drive it fine just cruise free rev to redline, but once it feels load boost if u hold the gas pedal down it shuts off or bogs badly now all it will do is crank won't even start
