Just want to make sure... for the sequential solenoids the signal the ECU sends to activate them is a ground? TIA.

Yes, the solenoids are wired to ignition power from the main relay and the ECU grounds each solenoid to activate it. Most of the solenoids will be off (not grounded) at low RPM... there's one that is the opposite of the others (will be grounded at low RPM) and I believe that is the Charge Control valve.

But wouldn't the charge control valve activate at high RPM when the secondary comes online? Is the actuator plate for the secondary normally open or closed before startup?
