easy boost problem help

hi guys this is a quick and easy one,,,and im sure some one can help.
basically my boost comes in nice and fast but if im driving quickly through the gearbox and i change from 2nd to 3rd,,,the boost builds up slowly (when i let off the gas and plant the throttle again,, boost speed is restored)
ive been studying the turbo system guide for weeks,, i think its either the one way check valve to the vacume chamber (maybe a leaky vacume chamber).. or lastly the charge control solenoid could be faulty or sticking,,,
can the turbo experts please give me a little info
basically what i think is happening is the charge control plate is opening due to a vacume leak within the system and leaking my primary boost down the 2nd turbo and out the charge releif.
any input will help thanks guys/

Do the easy stuff first.
Get a mityvac and test all the one way check valves and make sure your
pressure and vacuum tanks are holding.
Here is a link to a site for turbo troubleshooting tips.

Good luck......

Do the KOKO test and report the results.

If boost is restored by letting off the throttle and then getting back on it, it's a vacuum tank leak almost certainly.
