Downpipe w/3 bolts okay?

I just installed my downpipe yesterday. The top right and bottom left studs came out really easily. The bottom right bolt came off without the stud. And the top left stud came out...well at least half of it.

So that top left stud wouldn't catch the thread when installing so I left it off. Is this okay? What's the best way to fix this?

I broke a stud on reinstallation, I just left it. It works fine!

With the downpipe on...do you hear a sputtering noise on decel? And when I start the engine...it sounds like a bicycle with a baseball card exhaust system!

Also, did your turbo spool sound seem a lot more noticeable? I can hear all the spooling now. Hopefully I can just leave it alone. I don't wanna drill it out.

I don't know about the baseball card bicycle sound, but the turbo spool should be much louder than before. I love that sound.:) Hope non-sequential is even louder.

Just as I figured...I now have an exhaust leak. The baseball card sound is the gasket flapping I think. Hope I didn't warp the flange.

I'm going to drill out the stud and rethread the hole. I hope you guys are still running properly but I think ultimately you'll see problems if you don't fix it. Good luck to you guys and thanks for the comments.
