Downpipe Gasket Price and Part number :(
So I searched on hear for the gaskets needed for the downpipe install that I am going to do. So the post I saw mentioned the top gasket cost the most but not as high as I am seeing them now. The price I have found for part 13-491(N3A113491) is $120-$199 and for the the bottom of the downpipe to the cat is about $20/shipped part 40-305A(RF3640305). The top seems to have doubled/tripled in price :(...

I know most say it can be reused but man I would rather replaced since I am already in there but not for that dang price :).

I ordered OEM DP gaskets from Ray back in May/June, and these were the prices at that time:
-Turbo to DP gasket: $153.81 -DP to main cat gasket: $13.02 Hope that helps as a reference. |
99% of the time you can re-use the downpipe to turbo gasket. For the price it's not worth buying a new one. Unless you know for a fact it's leaking or something.
For the 2-bolt flange gaskets at downpipe to midpipe/cat connection and mid pipe to cat back I like these - Very well made, 3" diameter so they don't choke flow down, and they are reasonable, like $7-8 each. I can't remember if the OEM gasket is smaller sized or not, though. Dale |

Price is about right. They went up like crazy. Have to bite the bullet and get one if yours is bad. I've never had any luck with the aftermarket ones lasting.
