double throttle problem
 

alright with the double throttle itself when my car is turned off and i try to check to see if i can get the rod to come back out, its already out...now when i move it manually, i hear a hiss noise from under the pressure chamber coming from this spot. the part with the black filter on it...when the rod is pushed in manually it leaks air. is it supposed to do this or could it be something else causing a loss of pressure??

Also my boost pattern is as follows 10-5-5....i got the primary working it, now the secondary needs work
