Does Factory Rims Require Factory LUG NUTS??
About 4years ago, I got some 19" rims.. and etc...
which came with lug nuts and lock nut.. So I put away my factory Rims and Lugnuts.. Recently I am all about Speed and 1/4 et's as of late. Finally got some drag radials to mount on factory Rims. So I go to my Parents house got my Rims to mount my Nitto555Rr's ( thanks Ryan DBAR). I freaking basically tore down the whole house looking for my factory LUG NUTS.. NO WHERE TO BE FReAKING FOUND..... Moms must of threw them away or something.... So I am wondering. WILL it be SAFE to put my Lugnuts that came w/ my 19" rims on my FACTORY RIMS??? Last thing I want to do, is rip up my Rear axle, and The STUDS on the rear end, what ever it may be called. Anyone have an idea how much Factory lug nuts may cost??? Thanks "one head ache after another" |
You can try it. I used aftermarket lug nuts on my stock wheels and they worked fine. Or if nothing else post an ad saying you want to buy some stock ones.

just see if they hold the wheel on dude. If you can get it torqued right you should be O.K. Just check them after a few miles to make sure that they are still tight.
-Rikki and your welcome for the money ass tires:) |
I've got my old stock lugnuts I would be willing to let you have.
