Sean,
At 12 PSI, I think you will be OK with stock injectors. What are your maximum duty cycles on your PowerFC? Have you tuned on a dyno to see if you're at a good air/fuel ratio?

Unfortunately never been dyno tuned.
Near place to dyno tune a PFC is KDR,
which is backed up for months.

But yea I am getting high injector duties.
at 12psi.. One time I got 99.9 and was
hesitating in upper RPMS during WOT.
SO I tuned out some fuel using PIM.

Thaks for responding brian, How you feeling?
better i hope after your surgery.

You'll be fine at 12psi of boost, sounds like you were running super rich though to hit duty cycles that high with 12psi of boost. You should max them out till about 14psi on you boost gauge......well if you were hitting 12psi on the PFC that is getting closer to 14at the motor.....which is a whole different subject hehe

How much boost are you running on your boost gauge? Is that 12psi on the pFC or gauge?

Well just because you hit 99% inj duty does not mean that taking fuel OUT is the answer.. .maybe you NEED that fuel... I'd get tuned on a dyno ASAP if I were you.

I should buy a dyno and pay for it with dyno time around DC.. hmmm...

:)
