I've read loads of info about this method of passing emissions.

Who thinks these numbers could pass with this method?

HC (ppm) 475 132
CO % 3.34 0.73
NOx 127 945

Are these #'s too far off to be dropped enough to pass?

Anyone know how a bad cat effects these readings? Could a better cat help oxidize some CO into CO2?

Because my initial thought was the cat was poisoned or clogged. My O2 sensor seems to be working fine, registers a 14.7 A:F while cruising with a WB.

You can probably reduce your numbers by 1/2 with alot of alcohol but I think your is too much. I would check for air pump clutch not engaging or bad cat. How many miles on your cat? I think about 50k -60k is about the life you could expect from an aftermarket high flow, not sure on a stock.
