Under normal abuse the CD sould be fine, they just won't last as long as the slotted rotors.
Pettit had both styles in stock.

If the rotors are good quality and the drilling was proper, you'll be fine. For street OK, just not for the track.

I Just had them installed this afternoon. I really like the look. They were Zinc coated for rust prevention so they're sportin a nice shiny look all the way down to the center cap. Another plus to having these Rotors installed is that the new Rotors/Pads don't make unusual noises my old parts did while braking :)

Here's a photo of the Front Pass Rotor....
