Probably best to buy used headlights from someone in the US. They should be fairly easy to find used.

All you need are new lenses.
you can get some "clear" ones off ebay for about 110 and then transfer your bulbs.

No you DOT

You just have switch to plug in LHD lenses. I see them on ebay. In Canada, we would need to make sure they have the DOT markings.

The clear lens housings I have seen on ebay are RHD as well so beware. I have a set and they bleed light into oncoming traffic when the cutoff is aimed correctly. Soon to be changing that with a projector conversion.
