Compression Question

i am thinking about purchasing an rx-7 from california, and i live in ohio, i want to make sure that i dont get screwed! the car just had a compression test and it was 98psi in the rear and 95psi for the front, it is a rebuilt motor with about 14k on it, is this good should i buy? is there any other helpful questions i can ask to help me not get screwed?

Who did the test? Was the engine hot or cold?

compression....

as long as there is not more than 4 psi difference between the two, you should be ok.
