It's your clutch hydraulics, plain and simple. There's only 3 parts - the rubber flex hose going to the slave cylinder, the slave cylinder, or the master cylinder. Get under the car and see where fluid is coming from.

My rubber flex hose failed on me a few months back - takes only a pinhole leak to lose pressure. If the flex hose is what fails, get a stainless braided replacement - they're about $20-30 from Corksport, Rotary Performance, and probably some other shops.

The clutch has a separate volume for its fluid in the master cylinder reservoir so that you don't lose braking ability if the clutch leaks, so even if the master-cylinder reservoir "looks full," the clutch sub-volume could be empty. If so, as Dale said, something leaked (clutch master, clutch slave, hose) to lose the fluid.
