Check engine light

Hi everyone! My check engine light comes on around 3500-4000rpm i believe when the boost kicks in, it is 93 R1 single turbo. Hoping someone can give and explanation of what i should be checking for so i can get it fix! Also had the car for years and its always been like this. Thanks!! :)
