Cell phone holder/cradle/mount
 

I'm looking for a high quality mount for my iPhone for my FD. Ideally, I'd like something right beside my radio. When I'm in my car, I always have it plugged in and streaming Pandora but it would be nice to have something I can put it in in case I'm using it for navigation or something. BITD when XM radio was new, I had a very nice mount for the tuner/receiver before everything was built-in in my VW GTi. It was made of metal and slid in on the right side of the head unit. Something like that would be perfect.

Brodit is a swedish brand that make high quality holders for the iphone. but the bigger issue is to attach that holder to the RX-7 since the rx wasnt one of those cars that the manufacturers of cellphone accessorys had in mind :P

i've tried varius none have worked so far. atleast not with my driving .

To be completely honest with you man, this car deserves to have your undivided attention at all times. Put a mount in your grocery catcher...this baby likes it RAWWWW

Run your iPhone cable into the cigarete ashtray.

iPhone fits perfectly in there.

I have my wire run into my JDM console where the ashtray was. What I would like is something for when I'm using my navigation, something similar to the apex PFC holder.

I tried to use it as PFC commander holder :( which is lighter then a phone .

This is how I have it now, but I'm still have to lay my phone on the seat or on my lap.

I use an AC vent mount. It's easy to interact with and see since it's so high up on the dash.
