CEL codes inside...

Okay, got the motor started up and it is idling at 1300RPM cold! A lot better than the 4,000 it was earlier! So, I have codes. First off, in the repair manual, on the code chart is has a column for MEMORIZED. If it says YES under that column, does that mean it is going to throw a CEL light? And if it says NO, does that mean it stores the code, but doesn't throw a CEL light? So, here are the codes I have:

The following are memorized:
16 - EGR, cali - I removed mine, and I thought I put a resistor in it...going to check

The following aren't memorized:
30 - Solenoid valve (split air bypass) - what is this?
33 - Solonoid valve (port air bypass) - what is this?
38 - Solonoid valve (accelerated warm-up) - Mine is removed with block off plates
39 - Solenoid valve (Relief 2) - What is this?

I did the simplified sequential, but I put resistors in the connectors (three of the connectors) Can someone shed some light?

Resistors won't work for the EGR. Not sure why the others are showing up as the resistors should be fine for them, if there eliminated.

I used a relay for the EGR...just like this thread...

Any idea what those codes are...which solenoids? I assume they are the ones I removed...

IIRC, 3 of those codes are for the ACV. None of those should cause any problems of the car operating.
