Carbon intake/intercooler piping

Hy,

I just picked up my spare 13B-REW engine today and already got thinking.

I realized that the OEm intake pipe towards the throttlebody is not aluminium (so no polishing there, damned).
So as I'm a bit of a fiberglass kinda guy I thought of rebuilding this in full carbon. No wrapping, pure, strong an light carbon.
I'm thinking of building it for my own car and might consider building it for other people as well.

Short description woul be: replica of the OEM part in CF, flanges to TB, IC ducting and couplings in aluminium(moulded into CF)

Who would be interested in it and at what would be a reasonable price?
Please keep it serious (price wise)

price will depend on quality of parts....

My nefew is a an engineer in synthetics and I will ask him to calculate the optimal tissue density, of course the part will be vacuum bagged (first estimation that comes to mind is 2 days non-stop)

I'll have to get some info at which temperature it needs tempering for this application as in the case of fiberglass, Cf, or kevlar the part will keep any reformation due to overheating over the highest previous temerature.

I'll look into it. Anyway I realize that I don't want this part blowing under the hood due to heat, not enough tissue thickness or any matter of that kind.
