Car won't start
 

I just got my injectors back from RC engineering because one of the primarys was leaking. I put everything back on and when I tried to start the car It just cranks. I got it to sputter for a split second, but It won't run. I noticed there is a buzzing noise coming from under the UIM when the key is left on. I'm pretty sure I have spark, air, and fuel so why won't the car start?

Did you prime the fuel system and test for leaks before installing everything back (I've seen issues with the o-rings RC supplies)?

What did you remove to pull your injectors? Did you remove any ground wires that you might have no reconnected?

I tested for external leaks, but how would I check to see if its leaking past an O-ring?
I connected 3 ground wires, should there be more?

I just tested a friend's system about 2 weeks ago. His primary was leaking past the o-ring (RC o-ring) , however, it was just going straight into the engine and flooding the car. There was no external leak.

Probably in the area, you were working that should be it unless you do some work in other areas.

Well the car was doing the same thing before so I sent the injectors off, and found out that one of them was leaking. I have 1200s/550s, I've tried only running fuel to the primary's to see if it was the secondaries that were leaking, but It still did the same thing.

Did you try the unflooding procedures first?

Oh yea, I've did that about 20 times or more now.

What do your plugs look like? Are they wet or dry? Since you've been cranking the engine for the deflooding process, are you charging the battery as well (the cranking will drain it bad)?

every time i deflood i need new plugs and it fires right up.. try that. ^ charging battery is important too as mahjik points out. im in the process of yet another a deflood as of this morning, gl :icon16:

The Last time I did it the plugs weren't really wet, But before I sent the injectors to RC they were Wet every time and smelled strongly of gas. Every time I pull them I clean them up, and I have the battery on the charger right now. Do you know what the buzzing noise under the UIM might be?

OK, I pulled the plugs this time and the top ones were soaked with gas and the bottom ones were dry as a bone???
