Car stumbles on acceleration

My problem is at various times while driving my car stumbles with little throttle. Example Cruising at 60 with equal throttle car will strumble from 58-60, very annoying. Sometimes to get rolling from a start I have give alot more gas then is needed just so the car doesn't die. Please some help is needed, just changed plugs.

does this happen around 3k rpm?

Running stock ECU?

If so, it's pretty common.

Or some people use grounding wires which may help.

But, yeah change the ECU to a PFC and u should be fine.
