Car shaking violently after going over bump...any ideas on what it could be?

First of all guys I’m sorry for resulting to posting this, but any opinions would be helpful.

I just got a new lightweight flywheel and clutch in today and took it for a test drive. All was ok. A couple of hours later I drive it over to my girls’ house and on the way there’s a small bridge. The bridge isn't flush with the road so there is an abrupt 1 1/2" level change. So I drive over it at normal speed but the "bump" or "rattle" was a bit violent to where I was concerned. I get out to see if I there was any cosmetic or exterior damage, there was none. Then seconds after, (while at idle) the car starts shaking violently. I can turn on the car right now and it'll shake exactly the same. So basically I just wanted to know what you guys think it could be. I searched and found similar symptoms but not quite like mine. I’m thinking motor mount? Out of balance flywheel? So basically, got a new flywheel w/ counterweight, car drove fine, went over bump, and car started shaking violently. I know posting a problem won’t get it fixed, and I know my story/diagnostic isn't very exact or specific, but I’m not nearly as knowledgeable as most of you guys out there so I just wanted some opinions to steer me in the right direction. One last thing, since I got the car back from the shop the idle would bounce from 200 rpm to 800 then settle down at 700, then a min later bounce again. Don’t know if that’s a whole other problem but maybe it could be related. Thanks again guys.

Maybe it's not in balance anymore. I can't imagine a 9ish lbs flywheel causing a car to shake violently but if the flywheel was all you changed that is probably it.

Could be a problem with your PPF

Sounds like something has come loose, pressure plate, maybe the flywheel itself. I would not run it untill you check the flywheel.

Maybe map sensor loose? Is there black/gray smoke?
