Canadian RX7

Looking to find a nice quality 3rd generation Rx7 and looking for parts availability and maybe a engine swap
I have seen a company in Texas that makes them but doubt they will ship north of border... FDz are soooo cool!!!:D

.... This scares me. If you really want an FD3 then prove you love the car and do research in your area. Contact the company in texas and see if they will ship north of the border. If you have a doubt.. contact someone and figure out whats goingz on. Parts availability? define what you mean by that , stock? aftermarket? You'd have to look around your area for a nice quality rx unless you want one shipped from the states or japan. There is a company in florida (Pettit) that makes 20B fd3s and a company in san antonio, TX (Alamo Rotary) that makes them as well. Contact them for more information about a 20B engine swap, if you want a v8 engine swap (since ur not very specific) talk to jimlab I'm sure he could give you 10000pages of stuff to read.
Any other questions feel free to ask? This forum has some of the most knowledgable people I've ever seen. (myself excluded)

I've searched my area, there are only a limited amount of shops that know how to work with a rotary, and none of them know where i can get a 20B. PLanning to do a lot of shopping online, just to save the trips to find all the right parts. Now to find a FD selling in my area

What ever you do don't rush into buying an FD. I bought mine from Toronto Almost two years ago. At the time I had no idea what I was getting myself into and got screwed.
Don't buy the first one you see! If you really want one spend a couple months researching the car and the costs associated with owning one.

The forum has alot of good info, use the search function. You can get info on pretty much any question you have by using it.

How much are you looking to spend?

I sold a couple FDs to guys in Canada. The conversion is very simple, Canadian front bumper support and DRLs. That's it AFIAK.

heh looks like he was watching initial-D at someones house and now wants a FD lol.. Do the research and buy a decent FD thats all stock or crashed up and fix it legitly. BUT REASEARCH!! These cars are not cheap to maintain and the parts are pretty damn expensive...

Plenty of info just off this one forum & www.google.com "rx7 3rd generation"...

good luck..
