Just wondering that can I put HID blub to stock foglight?

No - HID bulbs require a ballast, and associated wiring to make them work.

Can I install the whole H3 HID kit to the stock fog light??

I've got an HID kit installed in my foglights. The ballasts were put above the foglights, on that little shelf.

Upgrade to some better projector foglights if you gonna run HID in them.
