A/C Electrical problem?
 

I've narrowed it down to the fuse, but even when the ignition is off it blows the new fuse. I suck at electrical troubleshooting. Everything else electrical works fine. The only change since the problem that would be related is a battery relocate, but if everything else is fine why the A/C?
