bushings humor:)

i just dropped my significant other's fd off the jackstands, as spring is supposedly here in wisconsin. i had installed 4 new pillowballs in the lower lateral links in the rear and a nylon bushing at the front of her rear longitudinal link so i took it for a brief spin before turning it over to her...

she arrived back from her shakedown cruise and i asked her how it drove w the new bushings... although i already knew from the smile on her face.

"the hind end is following the front end, whoopeee!"

now there's oversteer on the SCCA tracks and loose on NASCAR ovals but that was the first time i had ever heard it described as the "hind end" not following the front end.

joanne may be forgiven as she showed (that's the real thing: jumping over fences) horses for 22 years. (you couldn't get me near a horse if it was going to jump over a fence...)

she also did 2 skip barber schools at road america and drives has a lead foot on the public roads.. of course being a fem she can get out of tickets...

anyway, she likes the nylon bushing in the front of the lower link.

you will too.

Where did you buy your parts? Installation time? Did you rent/buy a press?

Did it get rid of ALL your bushing noise?
