Regular oil is fine. I always run Castrol GTX 10W-30 in mine.(non synthetic)

idimetsu rotary racing oil is the only way to go.

Synthetic oils will cause the break-in process to take longer. Use regular dino oil for your break-in. If you want to use a full synthetic afterwards, feel free to do so.

20w-50 non synthetic

I was told to use 20W-50 (non synthetic) in the summer and 10W-30 in the winter.
Since you are in CA/NV, you can use 20W-50 year round.

lol, i understand goodfella, but thanks guys. You see i actually got a hold of idemetsu-usa and asked them this very question. they're recommendation was to not use they're oil. but to use mineral oil as well. So thank you guys very much for your input. I just really value ppl's experience and knowledge.
