I think Brembo has a Gran Turismo kit (its not actually MADE by Brembo, despite being merchandised by them, but its all their components and supposed to be high quality, though its also high price tag), Rotora is good too. Pettit and Peter Farrell used to make their own kits as well as several other RX7 specialist shops.

Edit: you can also get 99 parts and do 99 brakes, I know the fronts were larger, and I want to say the rears were slightly bigger too.

www.stoptech.com has a front bbk for the fd.

stoptech makes some nice brake products. i had their stage 2 kit on my '02 WRX back in the day, and have their stage 1 kit on my STi. no complaints at all.

bbk's are really expensive, though... have you looked into just getting rotors/pads/lines/fluid?

One of the more popular options is to upgrade the rear brakes to 99 spec (larger diameter rotors and still maintain parking brake) and then purchase a big brake kit for the front. One advantage of the Stoptech kit is that it is engineered to balance with the stock rear brakes, or if you want, can be ordered to balance with the 99 spec rears.

In any case, expect to lay out over $3K.
