BOV spring rates

Hey guys,

I'm buying a Tial BOV for my car, and I need to know what spring rate to use. I haven't been able to find an explaination anywhere on how to figure out which one I need. Can anyone help me out?

What's the size of the BOV? Here's the info for the 50mm:

Yeah, the 50mm is the one I'm going with.

So, I just use the spring that corresponds with my idle vacuum pressure? Fair enough.

That brings me to my next question....

What's the idle vacuum pressure for the FD? :P

I can't check it myself since I haven't brought my FD out of storage yet....

Your motor ported and how many miles on it?

Stock port, all stock internals (that I know of), stock turbos, just intake, exhaust and Power FC.

about 43,000 Miles on it.
