BOV On Greddy Elbow
Hello,
I am looking at buying myself the Greddy Elbow and was wondering if anyone could tell me why you have the option of using a BOV mounted on the side? I have a HKS SSQV BOV on the turbo side, would it be of benefit to have a BOV on the intercooler side as well, or is it only for high spec RX7's with front mounted Intercoolers. Lastly would I use a T Piece to connect both the vacum tubes from both BOV's to the Manifold? Thanks Andrew:D |
There is no need to run two BOV's. That is there in case someone wanted to run their BOV after the IC instead of before it. That's all.

If the flange is for a Greddy Type R, then there really is no need to run 2. The type R is HUGE when compared to other BOVs.

I was going to get the greddy elbow w/bov myself a while back, but I noticed that it would make changing the oil filter extremely difficult. Even if I were to manage to reomve the filter, it would prob spill a lot down the pedestal
