Bov
Hi I am kinda of a noob, and im thinking about purchasing this bov from a fellow member. But first im trying to find out where i would install the darn thing before i go buying it.
thanks suleiman |
what blow off valve? you need to link it man.

well, what kind of setup do you have on your car? if you've got the stock twins, you shouldn't be getting 'a' blow-off valve. if you have a single turbo, there should be a flange somewhere on the piping. if there isn't, you'll have to get a flange welded on.

Depending on the BOV manufacturer, I am assuming your car is stock based on your post, there are kits to install the aftermarket BOV in place of the factory primary BOV (ACV I believe it's labeled). If you have an aftermarket intercooler with hard pipes I would purchase the flange for the BOV you are purchasing and have it welded to your charge pipes.

now when you say charge pipe im guessing your saying the pipe that goes towards the throattle body. correct? |
just out of curiosity, why do you want to buy this BOV? is something wrong with the stock ones?
