Bosch fuel pump part numbers
 

Hey, does anyone know the part number for
the Bosch fuel pump M2 carries. I'm trying
to locate one from another source if possible.I have already gone through the
forum looking, I have some part numbers,
though they are different Bosch pumps then
the M2 unit.I have no fuel delivery problem
with the current stock pump, using the stock
injectors.I'm looking down the road for when
I cut up the boost and change over to larger
secondary injectors. All input appriciated.

Check the fuel section, about half way down the page. That's the correct in-tank Bosch fuel pump. Not the one with a threaded nut at the bottom that people have been modifying to look like a "castle nut". :)

Jim, you're saying the one costing $100, thats a mighty M2 discount! Do you know the differences between flow rates of the universal $200 pump and the Corvette/Camaro $100 pump...thanks

The $100 pump listed on the Doug Rippie isn't a Bosch pump, I don't believe. The correct Bosch pump is the one immediately below. They've raised their price by $20... you can probably still find it for $170-180.

Search on Bosch pump. There was one post where I listed the flow for the Cosmo (Nippondenso), Supra MKIV (Nippondenso), Walbro, and Bosch pumps.

The Walbro is around $110-115, and outflows the Bosch at lower line pressures by a small margin. Someone asked for the Bosch pump, so I directed them to the correct version (of three available versions) for an in-tank replacement. The other two are intended for external in-line use.

phone number of someone familiar with the
fuel needs of a modified RX-7 who carries
Bosch fuel pumps that they have sold to
said customers previously.Simple question?

Ok, I've got the full screen bottom Bosch pump... how the heck have you guys been connecting it into your system? No one around here has 10mm x 1.0 female to female unions, or anything else in that size, for that matter.

m2 uses a different bosch pump than the one pictured.
its probably the same pump different pickup though.
the one that m2 sells is oe for a 930 porsche

doh, found what I needed... turns out aeroquip makes an AN-6 fitting for the actual 12mm threads on the pump.

I'm looking for the actual BOSCH part number.

Anyone know what it is ?

I have a bosch pump for sale I just took it out and I'm now running twin supra pumps instead if anyone wants it. both this pump and a new walbro didnt flow enough individually for my setup.

its not exactly the same as the one pictured though. mine is part #0 580 254 979

Is it the "coke" can BOSCH fuel-pump ? Are you saying it didn't flow enough compared to the Supra Twin-Turbo fuel-pump ?

Any modifications I would need to do to make it work in my FD ? How much do you want for it, and can you provide a picture ?

Below is a pic of the Walbro (sp?) pump(left) vs. the BOSCH "coke" can fuel-pump. Does yours look this ?

Again does anyone have pn#s for the BOSCH "coke" can fuel-pump ?

well im just looking around now at the part #s to see what the deal is
this one is a porshe/bmw pump and the only places I see selling it are in Euros I believe. Just this pump by itself didnt flow enough. And either did a walbro pump that a supra guy made 600rwhp with by itself. but we know about piston engines not needing as much fuel. Im not sure what to think and I never tried just one supra pump Im using 2 together and thats working.
