bosch 1680 injectors and resistor box

i wanted to know if since im using the 1680cc injectors with the little gold box that gets soldered into power wire, do i have to do anything with resistor box?

this thing. i know its not an fd box but this is what it looks like...

No, just solder the resistor in-line with one of the fuel injector wires.Better yet ditch the resistors and get eoither an FJO or AEM injector driver.

Yup, the injector driver is a much better solution than the resistors.

+1 for the injector driver.

The FJO has not been available for a year or more. The AEM is huge, nearly the size of the PFC. If you are not trying to max out the 1600's, then resistors are fine. If you think you are going to asking a lot from the injectors buy the high impedance 2200 that do not require resistors or a driver.

Now as far as what you have pictured, the only thing I can think of that resembles it is the fuel pump resistor relay, which you do not need to touch for injector installation.

+1

Do it once do it right, I know the ID2200 are a bit of money but its plug and play and you will never have to upgrade again.
