Thumbs up filling transmission, can anyone help?

whats good people.. i need to fill my manual trans but ive never done it so i dont know what hole to fill and what hole to check.. my car sat over the winter and now my 5th gear syncro is bad which leads me to believe its just low on fluid.. can anyone help ? pictures would be good if possible.. thanks alot !!

To drain it loosen and remove the 24mm bolt on the bottom and the smaller lowest square headed plug. To refill install the ones you remove and remove the larger square plug with a 14mm wrench and fill it till it overflows and your done.

There are two drain plugs, one fill plug. Page A-17 of the FSM explains it.
Unfortunately if you 5th gear synchro is gone, I don't think oil is going to cure it.

but i dont know if it is the syncro, the car sat over the winter. it was fine then, why would it go bad over a few months? lol.. i wouldnt doubt it tho, the bitch keeps me spending money.. i need a divorce lol
