Boost on stock turbos

Anyone know how much boost you can run on stock turbos?? Given that i will get new ecu and injectors.

most say don't go above 15psi because the turbos are not large enough to be efficient over that. Hey if you have a street port i am selling my reprogrammed ecu :D
it is set up for the porting, intake, intercooler, and full exhaust, but not the larger injectors.

I think you can get around 17psi assuming you have the fuel to do it. Going over 11-12psi on the stock fuel system will blow your engine so be careful.

i've heard of 19psi on the twins, but i know they didnt last long and the motor poped

Mr Amemiya from RE Amemiya said that the stock twin turbo can only take up to 1.0cm/kg^2 over that, you are looking at broken shaft twins

I ran 1 bar on stockers for a while...that was plenty... spooled fast as hell and made plenty of power

18psi is possible

ask john what he ran 10's with...it certainly wasn't 14psi

and who cares about the health of the turbos, you can pickup used sets of turbos all day long for pennies, hell some people will pay you to tote them off
