Boost problem through transition!!??!?
 

okay, let's see if anyone can help me here....

I'm getting low boost through the transition, 8psi as opposed to 12psi....
Here are symptons that I can relate to this.....

My primary turbo spools slowly, about full at 3400rpm?

Sometimes the primary doesn't get to 12 psi, but the transition is always 8?

When I "get on it" at a lower rpm I sometimes get a BIG hesitation?

Could any of these be a possible symptom of a problem? I've checked most of the connections and vacuum lines and I don't know what else to look at. What happens between the turbos that could cause a problem?
