Boost Problem, Help!
 

Hey guys, I just picked up a 94 Rx-7, Auto to Manual swap done by a respected rotary mechanic. Anyway, I've got a couple problems.

A: I'm boost spiking 18PSI off the primary turbo, wastegate seems to be functioning properly but I hit fuel cut if I don't pay attention.

B: I'm boosting 2-4PSI off of the second turbo, releasing the throttle and jabbing it again worked in getting propper boost once but now I don't seem to be getting anything.

I've looked around and I can't find anything on my first issue and on the second I seem to be SOL because I've replaced the Y pipe and intercooler couplers with silicone so no leaks there and all the vacuum lines/pills have been replaced. Lines with silicone hose, so there should be no problem there.

As for a mod list, pretty simple 3 inch stainless steel downpipe, not sure of the brand no visible markings, stock main cat sill in place, Peter Farrel(SP?) 3 inch catback, K&N drop in filter.

Please help guys I'm a n00b to third gens, I had an 87 TII before this, but I couldn't pass up an FD even with a few problems. So help a rotary guy out.
