Boost problem

I am having intermittent boost problems from the secondary turbo. I have not yet tried to fix it so I thought I'd see if anyone has had this problem or has any suggestions..

First thing is an oil leak from pass side of engine...prob the turbo oil line

There is what sounds like a vac leak coming from pass side, kinda like a hiss but only from 1k-3k under usually VERY light throttle. The primary always works so I was thinking it might be a check valve or the wastegate for the secondary.

Also the secondary hardly ever spools under full throttle but if i kinda vary it a bit it seems to work at least 3/4 of the time. I am completly stock and dont have a boost guage but it feels like when it works its producing full boost. I plan on tearing into it in a couple weeks so hopefully someone can point out something I havent thought of. Thanks in advance, Steve

before you tear into anything go out and buy yourself a boost gauge and hook it up. this will give you a great indication of what is going on. how do you know if your boosting to 10 on the primary? first thing to always check is the coupler coming off the turbos. check out these sites for troubleshooting turbos:

oil leak on passenger could be metering oil pump lines too.
