Boost pattern 10-8-4 after rats nest job. What happened?

Just had my fuel pulsation damper replaced along with changing the hoses on the rats nest to silicone (Thanks Chris). But now my secondary drops to 4 psi as soon as I hit 4500 rpm's. What happened?

The "I only did this and now this does not work!" infamous statement once again shows up.

The obvious is that you either messed up something (most likely), or now it is working correctly less likely).

Your next step is to go back and really verify everthing against what the FSM shows. All hoses and electrical connections have to be verified.

Since it is boost control related, I would start there. The early FDs had jets/pills in the hoses between the #1 turbo compressor outlet and the pre-control and wastegate actuators. Remove those and you hose boost control a little.

Have to remember the 2nd turbo wasn't working correctly before the hose job. The hose job cleared up some problems but you have a bad check valve or solenoid which I stated. Get the check valves and well straighten out the problem.

BTW: Didn't change the pill hoses.

I'm going to bet a dollar that one of your turbo control solenoids isn't getting the job done. Misrouted line, leaky actuator, bad solenoid, bad check valve, etc.

What's that website that diagnosis the FD's boost problems depending on the symptoms?
