boost gauge reading at idle?

anyone know what the boost gauge should read at idle?

mine used to read 20 vacuum with a pefect idle now it reads 15 vacuum and i have a skip in my idle and engine shakes a lil but idle stays around 800rpm..

thanks

mine reads 50mm/hg at idle when cold then goes up to 40mm/hg at idle when warm.
I have 3mm apex seals if that makes any difference!

From what I know the amount of vacuum you pull at idle is based on your porting as well as a few other things. The bigger and better flowing your ports are, the less vacuum you pull. Of course if you idle at a different rpm than another car with the same ports, you will have different amounts of vacuum.

In theory I guess the smaller and faster spooling or less rotating resistance your turbo is, the less vacuum you pull as well but I'm just guessing.

I don't think it really matters that much...

As far as the skip in your idle, I have one to and its very random. Sometimes it skips every 4 braps or so and sometimes its 4 skips back to back. Seems like just a misfire here and there, nothing to worry about.
