You might find more info in the single turbo forum:

Try looking on rx7store.net, they sell a block plate kit.

might as well do them all since it makes it simple to work on and less clutered. Its not like your going to be passing emisions anyway.

Depending on your fuel system upgrades, the only one you NEED to block off is the EGR valve. You might as well block off the emissions stuff and AWS, but I would NOT remove your ISC...

What's the ISC? I'm going to buy the block off plate kit and it has a plate for ISC/BAC Solenoid. What does that do? Where is it? I'm not going to block it off, I'm just curious.

I'm blocking off the ACV, split air, egr, AWS and solenoid but I'm not sure what the other plate is for.

Thanks,
Jeremy

ISC = idle speed control.... you really need to read Section F of the FSM if you are going to be modifying your car!

Section F huh? I'll check it out. I've only really read through section C. The manual is put together really poorly and you have to flip through page by page to get to the part you want. Don't even try to pinpoint what you're looking for from the index, that's just about useless. I've gotten a lot of info off of this site though about the rest of the things I want to block off.

Either way, I'm blocking off things that aren't used anymore after the sequential simplification.

https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=620806 ... and on the UIM , you can also have that hole welded over ... we did mine that way , yes it's permanent , but I also cut off the bracket on the front for clearance and just overall cleanliness ... UIMs are pretty cheap now anyway , and it's completely a Custom job , easier to polish now too :D
