Battery problem/Problem starting
 

Ok first off i would like to let you know that i have inherited this 93 rx7 from my brother who tragically passed away this past may, this is his account... i have a very basic knowledge of rotary engines and car perormance in general so i am asking for help with this car because i want to get it running again. the car had some kind of fuel problem, i think it was flooded.. i believe when it was last worked on before this fuel problem or flooding problem, it was running great. I Previusly tired to turn on the engine and it would try to turn over but it never started...this leads me to believe it was flooded.....today i tried to crank it again and there is absolutly no power to the battery...the battery has been relocated to the passenger storage bin and i think it may have a kill switch but im not sure.......anyways my questions are how can fix the flooding problem and the battery problem? please have some respect...i understand this is a very vague question and description but i have tried looking up answers and i still have no idea what to do...
