Baby blue electrical connector under the pressure chamber is...?

Is what? And what is its function? Mine is connected to nothing. I am looking at wiring diagrams but can't make head nor tails...thanks.

Manual touring model.

I know on most 3ed gens,if you look under the hood it will tell you what all of the rats nest is.

It connects to the EGR on Cali. spec cars.
