Apexi dual funnel/FMIC

Ok I have an Apexi dual funnel power intake(too long of a name =P ) And im wondering if it will get in the way of a front mount IC? It looks like it could because how the intanks are positioned...but anyone who has them and knows please save me from this headache! lol. Thanks!

It depends on the FMIC kit and it's piping.

yeah i had the same question here too... i was thinking about using the greddy 3row and the apexi intakes... i may have to make some modified intake pipes though, but as long as it works  ...

one questing i had about hte apexi's though, it says its a dry filter, and that you dont oil it.... how then do you clean it?? it says lifetime, but thats rediculous because it will eventually clog and restrict airflow.... do you just buy new filters every 30K miles???

thanks, heath

You're supposed to clean them like everything else, you just don't oil them before use like a K&N. Perhaps they have a finer mesh and don't need to rely on the adhesiveness of the oil to filter dust.

That said, I always oiled mine.
