apexi boost controller

i want to buy an apexi boost controller with the turbo timer. i was just wondering if it is worth it or not. also if its goig to be hard to install on a 93 rx7. i will also need installation instructions from someone. tell me what u think.

it seems like alot of people on here are saying that turbo timers in general are only good for bling factor... on that note, i would say, unless its less money for the boost controllere/timer than say just a regular 'ole controller, don't get the timer at all... use the money elsewhere

ummmmm If you run the car hard, ie track events... would it not be better with a turbo timer, so that you won't cook the turbos?? .... at least that was always my understanding

or... you could just let the car idle before shutting it off... especially in that situation where time getting out of the car isn't crtical.

if you are still using twin turbos, get the profec B it works better with sequential better

ok who makes profec B, can u give me a site??? yes im still running on stock turbos...... saving up for a 3 rotor..... dont have enough money now. i was just thinking that a boost controller might make my car a little faster. ps, is it normal for stock turbos to lag. mine lag for about 1 sec, untill it gets to 3k. then it accelarates like crazy.... starts burning out.
