Anyone with a greddy mech. boost gauge!!

got a quick question...i need to know what hole the 12v wire and ground wire come out of, which ones on the left which ones on the right.

Also does anyone know if there is a way to get the like outer casing off so u can get inside the gauge? it seems impossible but u have to be able to get into it, how else would u change the bulb and stuff

My gauge has a plug on the back that the power harness plugs into. I think it just takes power and ground, so polarity shouldn't matter for illumination.

Mine also has round stickers on the back that you peel up to access the bulbs.

Do you have a really old one? Might want to post pics.

The wire locations should be color coded. Check their manuals for the color/wire combo: http://www.greddy.com/tech/

Just look at the "Electronic Gauge Wiring" PDF. It lists what colors are for what.

yea i get that, there should be a white wire and black wire, but the thing im tryin to figure out is which color goes in what hole

Mahjik 09-07-06 11:01 PM

Just try it one way. If it doesn't work, switch it.
