There are so many jump cuts in this video, most are suspicious, but this shop seems to have nothing to gain from faking this.

Isn't it amazing that 1 / 10,000 flukes can happen on Youtube where ad revenue is about $5 per 1000 views.

It's all over-sensationalized for the sake of views and youtube revenue IMHO. If this happened in any shop, where you open an oil pan and see bearing glimmer, you stop and call Mazda or whoever supplied the motor and ask for a warranty replacement (given that Mazda warranties these new shortblocks). Instead, they continue to tear it down and spew a lot of misinformation. Crate motors etc are supposed to go through QC, and somethings get passed them. It happens, not often, but it does. They sensationalize the rusty water - any rotary shop would know that Mazda runs these motors using water, but the rust is nothing but superficial. Oil being dirty? Yeah it was break in oil ... /rant over.

PS, I am glad that Mazda still supports our platform with new motors and sells them assembled for way less than the individual parts sold separately

Indeed. But there is no social media benefit to that.

With the bad press they have been getting on here, maybe they are trying to show they are a "credible" company and "care" for their clients...
so what if ErosAngel has been promised his car is almost done, for over 2 years now, paid in full up front, right? 🤔🤦‍♂️

Nice that's a good follow up video.
Really diggin the giant vacuum hose diagram by SakeBomb. I've got a 4ft one in my garage, but it's nowhere near that clarity.

Cool to see the vid of the new motor. That Tommy dude is annoying to listen to though. I was getting dizzy with the way he was swinging the camera back and forth too.

i don't know these Angel guys but i thought the same thing someone posted above. these guys are making youtube foolery while paying customers wait for their projects to finish. All too typical, also collectively we all need to demand better quality from these people on youtube, i cant take anymore of the camera shaking blah blah blah BS anymore. "don't forget to subscribe" eff off....

Still seems like a fluke to me - I still wouldn't hesitate buying one of these at all. Whats with all the passive aggressive emojis from Angel Motorsports in the comments though - not exactly the best way to represent your company.
