Alternator problem?

I think it's the alternator that's causing this but sometimes when I hit high rpms my battery, oil, and coolant light come on. No buzzer sound. My idle will bounce between 500 - 1k rpm. Any ideas?

When I had an alternator problem, it would do this at idle. I got it rebuilt recently, but after ~10 months, it is doing it again sometimes on hot starts.
