I'm sorry dude but its going to be hard to help you as your post doesn't make much since, But if your air pump is not working replace it. If you think it is working and you have some electrical skills and a meter while the car is running you can read for power at the plug going to the air pump, read both pins on the connector one should have 12 vdc then you can read for resistance on the other and you should have a low number like .3 Ohms. I looked for it in the wiring diagram but I couldn't find a good diagram for the air pump.

There is more to the function of your air pump than the fact that the clutch engages. You may be experiencing a leak which would affect the function of the pump. YOu most probably need to have the air pump rebuilt. Of course, you can also replace it at about 4 times the cost. BAP had a connection that rebuilt air pumps the last time I remember.

But how do you know it is the air pump that is messing with your emissions?

You may have a number of other issues besides the air pump. One common problem is degraded ignition wires and plugs. If the engine has been modified, you may have a rich issue or even a lean issue that is messing with emissions.

The only way to diagnose the problem is to get on a wide band and see what it is reading. You can conceivable adjust the AFRs at the same time to dial it in.

These are just a few examples.
