air conditioning
well i just finished changing the coolant line to the turbo...and after i put everything back my ac doesnt blow cold anymore...could i have maybe hit some ac line? and how do you check if you still have freon in the system?
thanks |
ck your ac dryer peep hole. if you see bubbles when the ac is on, that means your low a freon.
|
The dryer is right next to the stock IC and infront of the Batt. It has a clear round peep hole on top to check for bubbles.
The less the better. Raj |
ok thanks!

hmm...k i checked it and cant see anything in it...

Be careful running the compressor too long. If your really low on refrigerant, you'll also be low on lubrication.

i thought i read somewhere that the FD a/c system is a closed system that should not have to be recharged. Only a leak would make you recharge it. My a/c stopped working because i have a leak, just too lazy to fix it.

i was thinking i might have hit something when i was changing the coolant hose...because my ac was working the other day...well it wasnt that cold...but was a lot colder than it is now
