Aftermarket steering wheel/hub with no clock spring

I need help trying to figure out which hub i can use with my 350mm personal grinta wheel. My car does not have a clock spring on it, (must have been removed from previous owner who had a sparco wheel on there). I have an nrg short hub but i'm guessing since there is no clock spring assembly, when the short hub is tightened all the way down the steering column plastics will not go back on. Also even if the wheel would bolt to the nrg short hub directly (which it wont without an adapter) the wheel is less than half inch away from blinker and wiper switch bars. I do not want a quick release, and i do not want the wheel too close to me so should i just get a works bell hub and bolt the wheel to that? Or do i need to buy a clock spring assembly and the works bell hub in order for it to not interfere with the steering column plastics. Thank you in advance for any help.

the works bell hub adapters are used for those who want to retain the clock spring and horn. my car doesnt have either and i dont want to put one on there, so can i use these hubs without the clock spring or will the hub interfere with the steering column plastics?
